Wedding coordination

Many people aren’t quite sure what exactly wedding coordination is, or if they need it. Let me help you out! If you don’t want yourself, your mom, your bestie, AND your neighbor to all spend the morning of your wedding ironing tablecloths, lighting 400 candles, troubleshooting a broken-down bus, or taking phone calls from your late caterer while you’re in the makeup chair, the short answer is YES, you need some help coordinating your big day!

My wedding coordination services are a wonderful option for those couples who want to be involved in the planning of their wedding, but need some help ironing out the logistics in the months beforehand as well as feet on the ground to bring it all to life on the wedding day itself. You book the vendors you’re excited to work with, share your dreams (and Pinterest boards) with me, and I will literally take care of the rest. This ensures that your day runs super smoothly, and that you can spend your wedding focusing on what matters most: having the best day ever with the love of your life.

I can’t imagine showing up to your wedding without having spent months learning about you, your story, your loved ones, and your dreams for your big day. For this reason, I begin working with all of my clients roughly two months out from the wedding date instead of offering true “day-of” coordination. I recommend booking between 4-12 months out from your wedding–– the sooner the better!

Below, you can find a basic outline of some of the things you can count on me for in the months leading up to your wedding as well as on the day of itself.

The investment associated with my wedding coordination services is typically $2,200,
but a final quote will be provided after our consultation.
